Spring around here is somewhat delayed … soon, soon. So to start, here is a walking memory from this date, a few years ago. Bluebells in an English woodland.
While in our garden the tiny clump of Hepatica has just started to flower. Admittedly this is the European Hepatica rather than the native species but the differences in appearance are very subtle unless you know what to look for. Always a welcome presence.
