“Our Robins”
Not quite there yet, but it won’t be long. Two weeks ago these chaps were still small, blue eggs - how many worms and caterpillars does it take to reach this size in such a short time?

Barely out of the nest and waiting for mum to bring the next meal … still needs to grow a few more feathers.
Leaf-footed Bug
Acanthocephala terminalis, a species of leaf-footed bug in the family Coreidae
This rather large fellow doesn’t seem to have a common name. One of their food plants, they suck sap, is Physocarpus which we have three of just a few feet from where it was spotted.
It's definitely a golden-tipped something.
