This scene is the Atlantic shore … we will have to walk fast and hard, but we plan to visit the Pacific next week and then we will be making our way home again.
Even with the best of intentions, AI-manipulated media (photographs, audio and video) that depict wildlife to citizen science initiatives is increasing and potentially becoming a problem - even if the AI is just used to remove image noise and sharpen things up a bit. The utility of these databases may be compromised if they become appreciably contaminated by media produced by generative text-to-image machine-learning models, and could lead to spurious ecological inferences. Please be careful.
There were quite a gang of these teenagers flapping and shouting at each other - recently released by their parents into the big world.
