Two newsletters into one
For a couple of years I have been publishing two newsletters on Substack. A daily one - short, focussed on a single, sometimes two, photographs of something seen “Whilst Out Walking” and then, on Sundays, I add to that with a more text-focused newsletter discussing wildlife, plants, wildlife gardening, conservation and links to relevant articles you might find of interest. There is considerable overlap amongst the regular readers and so I have decided from this weekend to roll the two into one. So, henceforth, one newsletter, more or less daily at 10am which centers on an image and a Sunday edition at 11am with words as well as images. Barely any change at all for most readers as there are fewer than a hundred of you that don’t subscribe to both already. Less complexity for me.
A newly returned Song Sparrow
Meanwhile, down in the gradually thawing woodland …
… and yes, this is what it looks like
It's odd that the old outhouse somehow adds to the quiet beauty of the countryside. It conveys a subtle and complex message.
Nice images, Richard and looking forward to your merged newsletter. I'm subscribed to both now and have enjoyed each.
Nice to see the Song Sparrows have returned as well. I like hearing their signature call.
