Very fun collection. I really enjoyed the photographs, little critters, narrative and links. I too have bad hearing in one ear- maybe too much loud music in my youth. In regards to the Hardy poem, it occurs to me that all my poetry is of the late-life flavor and I also am not a huge fan of the Britten piece so I agree with her.

I think the camouflage of the Brown Creeper is simplt incredible and I am rarely able to get a decent image of them.
